MICROFLUIDICS

The volume production of polymer microfluidic substrates is becoming an exciting field in PCB production. We employ our well-established, robust circuit board technology and processes to fabricate systems based on microfluidic channels, and with our process equipment we can manufacture panels in large sizes. We have made this manufacturing technology highly efficient, and today it can be easily adapted to Lab-on-a-Chip or microTAS applications.

• channel widths down to 50 microns and heights as low as 20 microns
